2. Services

Notarya provides notarial and related services (Services) through our website. All Services are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.1 Eligibility and Scheduling

Services can be scheduled online or by phone. To schedule, you must provide accurate personal information.

2.2 Service Changes and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule Services at least 48 hours before the appointment. Requests later than this may be declined.

2.3 Reimbursement Policy for Services

If you cancel a Service at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before will qualify for a partial reimbursement equivalent to 50% of the fee paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for any reimbursement due to resource commitments.

Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment channel within 14 business days.

3. Digital Products

We offer electronic guides and informational materials (Digital Products).

3.1 Delivery

Digital Products are available for download immediately after purchase.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy for Digital Products

If the Digital Product file fails to download or is corrupted, contact us within 7 days to receive a replacement file or a full reimbursement.

All other Digital Product purchases are final. No reimbursement is available once the file has been downloaded successfully.

4. Physical Goods

Notarya may offer branded merchandise or physical items (Physical Goods).

4.1 Shipping

We ship within Canada. Shipping times vary by location.

4.2 Reimbursement and Exchange Policy for Physical Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge or provide a full reimbursement upon receipt of the defective item.

To request an exchange or manufacture defect reimbursement, please package the item securely and ship it back to our address.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for any reimbursement due to their bespoke nature.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notarya is not responsible for indirect damages or losses. Our maximum aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific Service, Digital Product, or Physical Good that led to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

7. Changes to Terms

Notarya may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated Effective Date.

8. Acceptance

By using our website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
